Air filters can be seen everywhere in our daily life and work, which are composed of non-woven filter paper, high-efficiency filter glue, metal frame and some special design structures, which can achieve the effect of purifying the air. The high-efficiency air filter is mainly used to capture particles and dust below 0.5um and various suspended solids. The end cap or shell of the filter is made of PP, plastic, metal, stainless steel and other materials. For bonding common materials, conventional epoxy resin filter sealant, or polyurethane filter sealant can be completely adhered to, do not crack for a long time, and have good weather resistance.
For special PP, rubber material or very smooth material surface, the adhesion of ordinary epoxy resin glue is not very good, and it is easy to fall off after a long time. Choosing the wrong glue will not only affect the quality of the filter product, but also may cause more serious consequences and huge costs in practical applications.
